I’m not really sure if you can have a “killer” for a product that hasn’t been a success, but Toyota is taking a stab at it anyway. Their new device, the “Winglet” comes in three flavors of human transportation.
The smallest model doesn’t have handlebars, and you’re supposed to navigate it by just adjusting your weight. The medium sized one appears to be for kids, and the vertically challenged, and the largest model just looks kind of like a Segway.
You can see it working in the video above and decide for yourself if its worth your money. Dvice doesn’t think it’s going to revolutionize the “human transportation” market anytime soon - and I have to agree.
